Ask me all about nurses! In Social Studies over the past two weeks we have been discussing all that we think we know about our community helper nurses and questions that we had. We surprisingly knew a lot about nurses and some of our parents are even nurses! Then we shared out all of the questions we wanted to learn about nurses and boy we sure did have a lot! We wanted to know what kind of clothes they where, the tools they use, and what type of places that they work? We then used one of our favorite resources PebbleGo to do some research on these wonderful community helpers and we learned A LOT! We learned that they take care of patients (people who go to the doctors for help with their health), that they work in homes, hospitals, and clinics, and that they wear scrubs, masks, and gloves! We just loved learning all about nurses! We even were able to draw and label our very own nurse! Thank you for all that you do!
